Issue/Introduction

The vSAN--> Services tab shows vSAN File Services-related alerts. Configuration Incomplete

Environment

VMware vSAN 8.x

Cause

The vSAN File Service was enabled, but the file service domain was not created.

Resolution

Configure the file service domain by following the steps in the tech doc.  Creating File Service Domain

Or, if the file services feature is not needed, disable vSAN File Services by using the techdoc below to get rid of this alert:
