After updating ConnectAll our license we are getting "Server Not Running" error. We are running version 3.9.0 after upgrading from 3.3.
On Premise
Restarting the Core Service resolved the issue.
Follow this order to stop and start the services (it is not necessary to stop the UI service)
Stop order
connectall-broker
connectall-scheduler
connectall-core
connectall-orphan
Start order:
connectall-broker
connectall-scheduler
connectall-core
