vSphere Supervisor Egress networking routes not published via BGP to physical routers from T0

Issue/Introduction

• A vSphere Supervisor cluster is deployed with egress networking.
• Pod(s) making external connections are failing.
• Checking the physical router, the egress routes are not getting published to it from T0 BGP.

Environment

VMware NSX

Resolution

To workaround the issue:

• Disable BGP route redistribution on the T0.
• Reboot the edge node(s).
• Enable BGP route redistribution again on the T0.
• Confirm egress routes are published on the physical router and pod(s) can now communicate.
