Why do I receive the following error, "Error trying to add domain: yourdomain.com.Please contact support to resolve this" while trying to configure SSO for a tenant
The most common reason for this issue is that the domain is already associated with another tenant in the platform. CloudHealth does not allow the same SSO domain to be linked to two different tenants. To resolve this, you can either disable SSO on one tenant or merge the tenants. This will enable SSO functionality for both parties within CloudHealth.
