"Controller firmware is VMware certified" triggered for disk model UCS-NVMEG4-M1536

Issue/Introduction

SSD device model UCS-NVMEG4-M1536 enrolled in vSAN HCL initially  with same set of VID, SSID, DID and SVID (1344, 6a00, 51c3, 1344) valid for multiple, different product ID's e.g. Micron_7450_MTFDKCC15T3TFR but there are multiple entries for this starting with UCS-NVMEG4-M1536D.

Cause

"Controller firmware is VMware certified" triggered by the conflicting entries in the vSAN HCL DB.

Resolution

Please update to the newest version of the vSAN HCL Database manually as per the KB article below:
