Cleared Alarm History is slow to populate

Issue/Introduction

When trying to open the Cleared Alarm History the tab shows "Retrieving Data" and takes a long time to display.

DX NetOps Spectrum: Any release

Resolution

This is known behavior for Cleared Alarm History tab, for improvement created feature below:

This will be addressed with the following: F48711 - Spectrum ArchMgr MySQL schema tunning & re indexing on MySQL 8.x 

Which is included in the upcoming PI so will be fixed in 2026.
