Nimsoft agent needs to be deployed in different FQDN

Issue/Introduction

The Nimsoft agent(s) is deployed on more than one host, which have the same hostname but are part of different domains, meaning both the hosts have different FQDN and IP addresses. The requirement is to enable the monitoring in two different domains, but having the same robot name or hostnames. 

Currently, not able to install the agent on both servers/hosts simultaneously. If the Nimsoft watcher robot is started on any one FQDN it becomes active, but the robot on another server/host having a different FQDN becomes inactive, thus we are not able to enable the monitoring on both the FQDNs.

How can the above be achieved?

Robot 23.4.5

Resolution

Follow the below step:-

== Add  robot name key in robot.cfg and provide different name other than hostname in one of the robot 

== Deactivate the & Activate the robot
