The host is no response status in vCenter Server, but vSphere HA failover does not occur.

Issue/Introduction

• A teaming configuration failure occurred on one physical NIC, and the vCenter Server host status became no response state because of vpxd -vpxa communication issue.
• The target host is accessible via the host client.
• The target host is not in an isolated state, and vSphere HA failover does not occur.

Environment

vSphere 7.x
vSphere 8.x

Resolution

This is expected behavior because host still can pingable to some hosts and the host not become isolated status.
