Does ESXi support timezone conversion of it's various log messages to be sent when configured remote syslog server ?

Issue/Introduction

• ESXi uses UTC only as timezone (cannot change the timezone setting) so all log files stored locally as UTC timestamp. 
• Can configure ESXi to send all log messages to remote syslog server. Please refer Configuring syslog on  ESXi.
• Want to use local timezone to store ESXi's log messages at remote syslog server.

Environment

vSphere ESXi 7.x

vSphere ESXi 8.x

Resolution

Currently ESXi's syslog (vmsyslog) does not support any timezone conversion even when sending these messages remotely.
