Unable to toggle the sliders for business hours in Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction

When navigating to Operations -> Views  and selecting the action to edit a view, on the data configuration page the business hour toggles are gray and cannot be changed. 

 

 

 

 

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

Supported transformations are Min, Max, Average, Summary and Percentile.

Resolution

For the desired data change the transformation to one of the supported types:
