Automation Engine produces system forced memory trace and unable to login via AWI with the error messages below in the trace file.

Environment

Found on: CA Automic Workload Automation - Automation Engine v24.4.2

Cause

The LOGIN object is configured to use Cyberark and a wrong keystore password  causes the WP to crash.

Resolution

The workaround is to make sure to enter the correct keystore password in the LOGIN object.

 

Also, this issue known issue which has been fixed  from Automation Engine v24.4.3, which will be released in the future.
