Issue/Introduction

We have started to have to turn off the 'Check Certificate' option on our monitors because of the error below.  I have created TLS monitors for the exact host(s) but do not get an alert. The following log error is being thrown inside the monitors:

(9260) SSL certificate problem: self-signed certificate in certificate chain (SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK)

How to fix it?

Cause

 This issue was caused by an outdated set of trusted certificates for the (old) agent performing an HTTPS check.

Resolution

The trusted set was updated inside the monitors and the error is no longer visible.
