Issue/Introduction

  • A new segment is created and connected to a T1 router.
  • In the NSX UI, Networking > Tier-1 Gateway > [T1 Name] > Route Advertisement. All Connected Segments & Service Ports is enabled.
  • From within the NSX Edge that contains the T0, listing the routes does not show a route for the newly created segment.

    nsxedge> vrf [VRF Number]
    nsxedge(tier0_sr[1])> get route

  • On the Edge, running the following command does not show the newly created segment.

    nsxedge> get logical-switches

  • Rebooting the Edge does not resolve the issue.
