Explorer keep connection to DM

Issue/Introduction

Is there any way to keep the connection of the DSM Explorer to it's DM alive all the time / keep it online?
The client usually suffers an NPT network timeout after 6 minutes, unless the current Explorer view is sat to refresh every 5 minutes.

So we need any connection refresh, or a current view refresh every 5 minutes.
Is there any parameter for that?
Is there a way to set all(!) Explorer view refreshes to 5 minutes, please?

Cause

The network is configured to disconnect if there is no activity after 6 minutes.

Resolution

There is no keep alive timer in the DSM Explorer. 

The DSM Explorer GUI refresh time is set for each individual node within the GUI and there is not a single setting. 

Additional Information

A work around is to run a scheduled task every 5 minutes to "Ping" the DM.
