Upgrade Planner shows "Failed to fetch product versions" in VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle (LCM)

Issue/Introduction

When starting "Upgrade Planner" in Lifecycle Manager, the error appears:

"Failed to fetch product versions" 

Environment

VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle 8.18.x

Cause

"Upgrade Planner" feature in VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle is deprecated.

Resolution

To plan your upgrade, refer to the Product Interoperability Matrix
