Compatibility of Advanced Authentication 9.1.5.1 with JBoss 8

Issue/Introduction

As per the Platform Support Matrix, AA 9.x is certified with JBoss 7.4, which is already in the ELS 1 phase according to the RHEL documentation.

Is Symantec Advanced Authentication 9.1.5.1 compatible with JBoss 8?

Resolution

Currently, AA 9.1.5.1 is not certified with JBoss 8.

However, the Symantec Advanced Authentication product team has considered the JBoss 8 certification request for the upcoming release 9.1.5.2, which is tentatively planned for release by the end of December 2025.
