Trying to Activate HIPAA Compliance Pack

Issue/Introduction

When trying to activate the HIPAA Compliance pack in VCF Operations and clicking "Activate" on the management pack, the install process starts, but then immediately throws the error "pak_manager.pakfile.signed_untrusted_certificate".  

Environment

VCF Operations 9.x

Cause

Signature checking is enabled for PAK files.

Resolution

Follow the resolution steps in KB   Error: "pak_manager.pakfile.signed_untrusted_certificate" when activating the CIS Management Pack in Aria Operations

Additional Information

In the /storage/vcops/log/casa/casa.log you see the below error:
