Issue/Introduction

After patching ESXi there is the following issues being seen:

Environment

VMware Live Site Reocery (All versions)

Cause

This is caused by duplicate endpoints of the replication appliances.

2025-10-21T14:16:54 ERROR generateReport: default-first-site\vcenter.local (vSphere Replication) found Duplicates Found: Ignore if this is the PSC HA VIP.  Otherwise, you must unregister the extra endpoints.
2025-10-21T14:16:54 ERROR generateReport: default-first-site\vcenter.local (VC 7.0 or CGW) found Duplicates Found: Ignore if this is the PSC HA VIP.  Otherwise, you must unregister the extra endpoints.
2025-10-21T14:16:54 ERROR generateReport: default-first-site\vcenter.local (vSphere Replication) found Duplicates Found: Ignore if this is the PSC HA VIP.  Otherwise, you must unregister the extra endpoints.

Resolution

Use the lsdoctor tool to clean up the duplicate entries.
