Issue/Introduction

You have an executive status report that with the active filters shows 12 records. If you do a manual export from report viewer as well as designer you receive an export with the appropriate filters applied. However if you do a scheduled report via e-mail you get a file stating it has exceeded 500 pages and has over 1000 records.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login as Administrator and navigate to MUX->Reporting->Data Providers
2. Make a copy of "Assignments across Investments" data provider.
3. Go to Report Designer and create a report based on the provider from step above. Make sure Layout Format is Fixed
4. Apply report filter for example on Manager.
5. Publish this report.
6. Navigate to Reports and right click on the report created earlier and go to Schedule.
7. Populate all necessary information on the popup screen and click Save.
8. Once schedule is executed and report is received notice Filter which was applied on the report did not take affect.

Expected Results: When scheduling a report it should apply the filter present at the report level similar to how it works for export to PDF or PPTX..

Actual Results: It does not apply the filter when report is scheduled.
