Question:

I am running the FDRJXB job to apply UM99901 to re-assemble and link the ACFFDR and
receiving SMPE GIM24001E error and Assembler ASMA044E errors followed by an MNOTE.
What is the likely cause of these errors?

Answer:

The SMP/E and Assembler errors can be caused by specifying a @UID in UM99901 with site

defined fields that are not defined in CAX1MAC0(USERCFDE).

The Symptoms may include the following errors and messages.

SMP/E Errors

GIM24001E ** ASSEMBLER PROCESSING FOR SYSMOD UM99901 FAILED FOR MODULE ACFFDR IN THE CAX1SRC0 LIBRARY. THE RETURN CODE

             (12) EXCEEDED THE ALLOWABLE VALUE. DATE 16.116 - TIME 08:15:04.

To address the problem the site defined fields specified in the @UID macro of the ACFFDR

must have @CDFE entries defined in the CAX1MAC0(USERCFDE).
