The saved copy link view in MUX is not working as expected if user is already in the same workspace.

Issue/Introduction

The saved copy link within the custom object is not working. When user clicks on the bookmark by using previously saved link to the view, it does not take user to that view. The view change when selected from the drop-down menu but the bookmark saved for the same views does not take to the correct view. If they are anywhere in MUX and use the bookmark, then it works but again once they are in the impacted team and use the bookmark to go to different view within same custom object then it's not working and keep them in the same view.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login as Administrator and navigate to MUX->Projects
2. Create couple of views.
3. Click on View and go to Manage.
4. Hover over one of the views and click on Copy Link.
5. Bookmark this link in your browser.
6. Attempt to switch to another view while in the same project workspace and then click on the bookmark from step above.
7. It will not take you to the view.

Note: If you are in another workspace and click on your bookmark it works as expected.

Expected Results: It should take user to the bookmarked view.
