Deployment deletion approval history stopped updating in the Service Broker

Issue/Introduction

Historical approvals are not available at inbox history in the Service Broker.

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.x

Cause

Approval history is deleted when a deployment is deleted, this is an expected behavior.

Resolution

When a deployment is destroyed the approval also get deleted as well. 
This is a non blocking call so might not happen immediately in the DB. But usually happens within a few seconds of deployment deletion.
