Enhancement : Need to be able to restrict dashboard folders w.r.t universes

Issue/Introduction

We are looking for restrictions on dashboard folders to align with universes. Currently, it is possible to restrict users, but not at the universe level.

The request is to provide access only to a specific folder to universe additional to default dashboards . In a way, user want to restrict visibility of folders to all users and enable access to relevant folders to each universe.
