Summary:
When CA Unified Self-Service (USS) is integrated to the CA Service Desk Manager (SDM), in the New Request form the texts are still being displayed in English, even after the logged in user has changed the profile to a localized language.
Environment:
SDM / USS 14.1
Instructions:
The strings appearing in the New Request form are coming from the texts appearing in the CA Service Desk Data Source configuration. Therefore, in order to translate them to the desired localized language, for instance, Brazilian Portuguese, it is needed to follow below steps:
1. Log into USS with a user which has administrator rights and select the "Data Sources" ("Origem de Dados") from the left panel under "SETTINGS" ("CONFIGURAÇÕES").

2. Expand the CA Service Desk Manager data source, and click in the "CONFIGURE NOW" ("CONFIGURAR AGORA") button besides the "CONFIGURATION" ("CONFIGURAÇÃO").

3. Some default fields will appear listed, and it is possible to edit the texts for these fields. Edit both the exhibition name and tip text for the translated language. Click on the "SAVE" ("SALVAR") button.
