Day 2 action "Change Owner" fails for onboarded VMs

Issue/Introduction

For onboarded VMs, your day 2 action "Change Owner" may fail with error Failed to get resource: : com.vmware.xenon.common.ServiceHost$ServiceNotFoundException: Service not found: http://{IP}:{Port}/resources/compute/{UUID}

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.1

Cause

Faulty placementLink for the deployments in the Aria Automation database. 

Resolution

Update placementLink in database. For steps to do this please open a Broadcom support case.
