Issue/Introduction
You're attempting to remove/delete unused/empty clusters from vCenter Server Interface
The attempt fails with the following error message: The operation is not allowed in the current state. Cannot connect to vSAN management service to determine if cluster <cluster name> is acting as a remote vSAN client or server. Please restart vSAN management service and retry.
