How to generate logs from vSAN Snapshot Service Appliance

Issue/Introduction

Method to generate snapshot service appliance log bundle.

Environment

VMware vSAN 8.x

Resolution

SSH to the Snapshot service appliance and run either of the mentioned command.

COMMAND: /usr/bin/vm-support or vm-support

Logs are available in this location  /storage/log/snapservice

Verify that the following logs exist - 

/var/log/vmware/snapservice/snap-service.log

/var/log/vmware/snapservice/snap-service-panic.log
