Issue/Introduction

Users observed several errors displayed while trying to load or navigate the NSX UI

  • Error: Failed to fetch System details. Please contact the administrator. Error: Error occurred while fetching data. (Error code: 513002)
  • Error: Exception while searching during pipeline execution (Error code: 60576)
  • Network Overview TAB in NSX UI shows the below error

 

Environment

VMware NSX

Cause

A possible transient state, resource exhaustion, or service instability within the NSX Manager cluster components responsible for data fetching and pipeline processing.

Resolution

Perform a rolling reboot of the NSX Manager cluster nodes. The rolling reboot forces a state cleanup and graceful restart of all critical NSX Manager services, often resolving transient issues, deadlocks, or memory leaks that cause these internal errors.
