Modern Project Task View Does Not Render Properly WHen Updating %Complete Field

Issue/Introduction

When updating the '% Complete' on the timeline view of the project task module, the representation is re-rendered but does not have it return to the expanded state it was in. The updated '% Complete' value/percentage does not appear.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to  a project that has subprojects.

2. Set the task view to be the timeline view.

3 . Right-click the column:Investment ID and select 'Collapse All' to show root level tasks.

4. Go to a row/Investment ID that has indented levels.

5. For the '%Complete' field, set it to be an arbitrary number and click away from the cell.

6. Review the behavior.

Expected: %Complete should display the arbitrary number.
Actual: The page jitters/rearranges the expanded project/level. The row where the arbitrary number was set, does not appear.

Workaround: Browser refresh is required and a re-expansion of the task list is needed.
