Timeframe for BYOD files to appear after upload

Issue/Introduction

Data will appear in the platform within 24 hours of when the files were uploaded.

Resolution

BYOD uploads will not update in real-time and will not appear in reporting directly following an upload.  

If data does not appear within 24 hours, please reach out to Technical Support to assist.
