Issue/Introduction
When the users navigate to the Projects Board no projects are loaded and they receive the following error:
API-1005 : Attribute(s) 'status' specified in query parameters are not supported or secured.
What is the cause of the error?
Environment
Any supported Clarity release
Cause
The Task Status attribute is secured and the users do not have access to it.
Resolution
Proceed as follows:
- Go to MUX > Administration > Attributes
- Filter by the Task object and Status Attribute
- If the filed is secured ensure All Users are set on the Access Edit and Access View options
- Alternatively uncheck the Secured field
