Issue/Introduction
When trying to scale out environment in Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager, the Select Cluster drop down does not show all clusters

Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager 8.18.x
Resolution
Ensure that the vCenter account used to add the Datacenter in Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager has permissions as per the below article.
