Question:

How to change the password for the globaladmin and arcot admin accounts in WebFort environment?

 

Environment:  

WebFort 6.2

 

Answer:

Reset the password by following the below steps:-

1. Login as masteradmin in admin console. 

2. Search the global admin in 'Users and Administrators' tab. 

3. Click on the global admin user. 

4. Click on 'Edit' button in 'Basic Information' tab. Click on 'Next'. 

6. Enter the new password in 'Set Password' section and 'Save' it.
