We had unexpected restarts across our primary Windows servers. We were notified of unexpected reboots via Splunk shortly after they occurred.
Repeated restarts can be caused by a myriad of problems. To accurately diagnose, open a Support case for Automation Point and provide the APDiag document to the case.
To create the APDiag, open the Configuration Manager window. Then select the Expert Interface followed by the Infrastructure. Go into the Diagnostic Report area and select Generate Full Report.
The default location where the report is created is: C:\ProgramData\CA\CA Automation Point\Logs\apDiag.zip
