Issue/Introduction

The "node_modules" folder and "@Broadcom" sub folder is missing. The user could see the "node_modules" folder being created during the install but then it was removed.

Cause

The user has reduced permissions on their desktop, causing the install to fail.

Resolution

The desktop administrator has to do the install or admin privileges need to be granted to the user.
