90th percentile of LAN/WAN bandwidth in eHealth

Question: 

Can we report on the 90th percentile of LAN/WAN bandwidth in eHealth?

Environment:  

eHealth 6.2.2 onwards.
Applies to all operating systems.

Answer: 

Yes. You can log into eHealth web portal, create a trend report on bandwidth utilization and select 'Show summary statistics' in Presentation Attributes -> General. The report will have a table that shows 99th, 90th and 95th percentile values.

Additional Information:

90th percentile is usually used by MSP's etc. 95th percentile is also commonly used. The calculation removes 'spikes' so you eliminate high spikes from adjusting your averages too much.
