Facing error while discovering a snmp v3 device on IP-AM domain

Issue/Introduction

Following error was seen from discovery debug:

WARN    File-Importer-Driver    SNMP_EINVALID   ASL-W-ERROR_RULE_SOURCE-While executing rule set '/opt/InCharge/IP/smarts/rules/discovery/ic-file-importer.asl'  ASL-ERROR_ACTION-While executing action at:  ASL-CALL_STACK_RULE-   RuleName: ENTRY, Line: 241       ASL-CALL_STACK_RULE-   RuleName: START, Line: 94        ASL-ERROR_INVOKE-While attempting to invoke operation 'create' of object 'MR_Object::ICF-TopologyManager'    SNMP-EINVALID-Invalid argument

 

Environment

All currently supported versions.

Cause

Environment issue.  The server did not let the discovery occur.

Resolution

Customer will perform the discovery from a server where the environment is already setup correctly.
