Issue/Introduction

Cold Migrations are failing and the following error is seen in the HCX UI:

Cause

This is caused when the Mobility Agent (MA) host not being deployed on either the source or destination side of the HCX connection.  In the screenshot above the MA host is missing in the source side, as indicated by the error syntax.

Resolution

To resolve this issue please refer to this KB: HCX Migration fails with "Could not find MA host at source/target side."
