Issue/Introduction

You have a process set up to start on Create and Update, and intermittently, very few instances are not triggered. The process works most of the time and less than 1% are not triggered

All Supported Clarity Releases

Resolution

As a best practice, we found what helps in these cases is to split the processes into two separate definitions:

  1. Starting condition on Create 
  2. Starting condition on Update

Rest of the process remains the same. We found this helps for all the processes to trigger correctly
