Metrics/Traces by Agent in DXO2 from UIM servers showing duplicated metrics

Issue/Introduction

In DXO2 metrics from UIM in Metrics/Traces by Agent are showing duplicated entries.

For example, for the same CDM CPU Usage percenage target, 2 entries display, one for the hostname and a duplicate one with the FQDN format of the same target.  

 

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4.*
• oi_connector 2.02
• DXO2 SaaS

Cause

DEFECT 

Resolution

The attached oi_connector resolves this issue. 

 

Steps to apply the fix: 

1) Download and import the attached oi_connector-probe-2.0.2-20250910.121242-14.zip

2) in IM or Admin Console, import the package to the archive 

3) deploy to the oi_connector robot
