Issue/Introduction

In certain scenarios involving heavy use of dynamically created and deleted static variables, significant database contention is observed. This results in prolonged wait times on database operations and pronounced spikes in work process activity. Consequently, system performance degrades, and execution times increase substantially.

During these occurrences, CPU utilization consistently reaches close to 100%, indicating resource saturation.
