Issue/Introduction
The custom was receiving an error, C1E0116E RC=1708-0002 ALLOCATION ERROR with a reference to an obsolete dataset during a batch search within Endevor.
Cause
The customer had an obsolete Base/Delta Library for a Process type. This would be caused by the type being established with a valid Base/Delta Library but this Base/Delta Library would be deleted after the type creation, leaving it invalid.
Resolution
It was recommended that the customer perform a List Type CSV report (see additional notes for further detail), to list all the type definitions to identify which type has the invalid Base/Delta Library. It was uncovered that a particular type had the Base/Delta Library with the obsolete location referenced. The customer was advised to updated the Base/Delta Library for the type or if applicable, delete the obsolete type.
