Issue/Introduction

A script that utilizes a client-wide ATTACH_RES resource is failing on Linux with the following message:

U02000254 Error found on completing data for task '2130012', reason: 'Failed to set attributes 'basic:lastModifiedTime' to '/opt/automic/Agents/linux/resources/0100/Customer.txt', errno: 1 (Operation not permitted)'.
