ETC on Tasks with Fixed loading pattern not restored to 0

Issue/Introduction

A custom investment with ETC available on assignments, all active and with posted timesheets for those periods and fixed loading pattern for the task, but the ETC wasn't deleted.

Enable  'Open for Time Entry' on respective Investment and Tasks
