Spectrum / NIM does not accept a tilde '~' in a username.

Issue/Introduction

When trying to configure ServiceNow Username that includes the tilde '~' it fill fail returning an error :

"Invalid input for: Username"

Environment

Spectrum / NIM 3.3.3

Cause

defect / it used to work in previous NIM releases

Resolution

Upgrade to NIM 3.3.4
