Error: “Server returned status code: 0” when uploading usage file to BSC

Issue/Introduction

The connection between the Business Service Console and VCF Operations is broken. Licenses are refusing to update dynamically or manually. You have tried to upload the usage file manually on the Business Service Console (BSC), however, you received an immediate error:

"Server returned status code: 0"

VCF Operations 9.x

Business Service Console

Cause

The uploaded usage file exceeds the Business Service Console’s configured maximum upload size, so the request is rejected before processing.

Resolution

The Usage File size has been increased to 250MB.
