Alarm not Matching to Alarm Enrichment rule

Issue/Introduction

Alarm Enrichment rule not working for Datadog alarm.

The alarm that is not working being send manually. Same/similar type of alarms worked successfully for other sources. But they encountering issue when testing with this Datadog alarm.

Some other alarms (not all) that are being sent via Datadog (not manually) seem working good for this Alarm Enrichment rule.

Resolution

The Alarm Enrichment rule is working as designed. Note Alarm Enrichment rule is not case sensitive. The reason the Alarm Enrichment rule did not pick up the alarm is because alarm contain a condition to not match.

Alarm Enrichment rule: Message: Does Not Contain 'ABCD'

The message string does contain lower case "abcd" and thus Alarm Enrichment rule did not get triggered.
