SSL Provider: The target principal name is incorrect during startup of data_engine after enabling TLS

Issue/Introduction

Changed data_engine to connect using TLS, and data_engine is failing to start with the following errors in the log:

Nov 11 19:35:03:201 [12008] 0 de: COM Error [0x80004005] Unspecified error - [Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server] Invalid connection string attribute 

Environment

• UIM 23.4
• data_engine

Cause

IP address was used for address rather than source as used in the certificate.

Resolution

Verify that Data Source is set consistent with the FQDN name of the SQL server, and that matches with the certificate that has been added to the keystore.
