After completing the SOI upgrade from 4.2 to 4.3 when clicking on the ticket link, it is taking to a login page instead of directly to the ticket.
Ran the following SQL query on a working and non-working ticket number
select * from alerts where SvcDeskTicket like '%9457133'
Compare the 2 url and found the port is different. The old port was 443 and the new port is 8443.
Went to the Help Desk Configuration and change the Launch in Context Port from 8443 to 443 and left the Server Port to 8443.
