Integrating VCF Operations Orchestrator fails with [ERROR] Could not create a service account for executing vro commands.

Issue/Introduction

The Authentication provider account being used for Integrating a new instance of VCF Operations Orchestrator requires the <SERVICE_PROVIDER_ACCOUNT>

• For example , after running the commands located here for Integrate VCF Operations orchestrator with VCF Automation with All Apps

NOTE: This is the default account with the installation of VCFA , which is an admin you provide during installation

VCF Operations / Automation  9.x

Cause

The task cannot be done by ANY org/tenant user. This can only be done by default service provider account , who is used to create ALL APPS organization

 

Resolution

Double check and use the correct 'SERVICE_PROVIDER_ACCOUNT'  as user and its password
